Ashley Furniture Complaint - Ashley Furniture Is Horrible
KATY, TEXAS -- I ordered a recliner in December and paid cash for the recliner and a $90 delivery fee. The sales man told me it would be no longer than 3 weeks for delivery because they did not have the chair in stock. He also said to give him a call if I did not hear from him then.
Of course 3 weeks went by and the salesman did not call. I called 5 times and left messages and he never called me back. Finally I spoke with the manager and he told me that the chair would be here the next week and he would call me to let me know exactly what date.
Its been over 5 weeks not and NO chair. Had I know it was going to take this long I sure would have gone somewhere else to spend my money. I had seen several other furniture items there I wanted but I will not purchase anything else from Ashley furniture again. Looks like I am going to have to file a law suit to get what I paid for.
