T-Mobile Complaint - Tmobile Dash Is Terrible
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I started with Tmobile July of 2008. I got the Tmobile dash for Letstalk dot com and within 2 months the screen I had white lines on the screen. Tmobile sent me a new one and I mailed box the old one. The new one had screen issues within 1 month, ONCE again they sent me a new one. Yep, you guessed it!! Sent me a new one again. WELL ONCE again the LCD cracked this month and I complained enough and they are sending me a blackberry pearl and I am getting it today. Lesson is to NOT get a Tmobile Dash under any circumstances. The screen is very sensitive and mine cracked without evening dropping it and I keep it in my case. Don't know how it cracked. No damage to the outside phone whatsoever. I must also say the customer service is terrible. You speak to reps in India or somewhere. I now keep calling and hanging up until I get an American. This sometimes takes 3 to 5 calls. I haven't had any issues yet where they charged me the $100.00 for damages outside of the warranty but I think they will this last time so I am getting a new debit card number and if they charge me I will cancel Tmobile.
I should have read the many reviews before I got that phone. Thank God it was free through Letstalk.
