GNC - Greenbriar Mall - Chesapeake, VA Complaint - Never Again Will I Shop GNC

Review by redpolenta on 2009-01-31
GREENBRIAR MALL - CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- Worst experience in 45 years of being alive. The guy in their was a 1st class arrogant a**. The fact GNC tolerates crap like this with a wink and a nod is why I will never shop with this company ever again. Anyone and everyone I speak with I will encourage them to do the same.

I went over to the Vitamin Shoppe and they were more than helpful. They were able to help me with all my options. I ended up spending around $75 with them.

I currently need to take a regiment of vitamins and minerals for the rest of my life. Using GNC's current prices - that is @ $1000 a year. That's a $1000 a year I'll be spending with Vitamin Shoppe instead.

On the average after a good experience a person may encourage 3 people to shop where they shop and after a bad experience they usually tell 10.

10 people x $1000 = $10,000
$10,000 x 40yrs = $400,000

Let me say, you have lead a blessed life if this is the worst thing that happened in your 45 years of life.

I understand you're angry but you never stated what happened at GNC. Care to share?

People never usually do. They come here to complain but they don't want to be specific.

Really not a very informative post. You didn't mention what this mysterious "guy" did that was so bad. You also didn't explain how you know for a fact that GNC(since it's actually one thinking and feeling entity and not a chain of thousands of stores) tolerates "crap" like "this" with a wink and a nod. Kinda looks like this is just a Vitamin Shoppe commercial.
