Orbitz / British Airways Complaint - Worst Customer Service
Travel service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am pregnant with serious complications of pregnancy and was instructed not to fly under any circumstances--not only did British Airways and their partner, Orbitz, refuse to even try to work with us to reschedule or change this ticket, but they wouldn't even allow us to rebook the ticket within one year of scheduled departure. They also shuttled us back and forth from one to the other without ever trying to take responsibility for addressing any questions. They basically robbed us of $2600 without even pretending to act like a business that has customers. The poor quality of customer service was jaw-droppingly bad, even in this era of airlines/travel agents treating passengers badly.
Not only is there nothing good to say, but I can't say enough bad things about Orbitz. WILL NEVER MAKE A BOOKING AGAIN THROUGH ORBITZ.
