O'Hare Honda - Des Plaines Complaint - The Biggest Liar And Thieves

Review by anuragkg on 2009-02-02
DES PLAINES, ILLINOIS -- They damaged my rear bumper while washing and refused accept their mistake and top of it were highly rude.

Why would I ask for a repair to a scratch for a 10yr old car by telling lies? I was a regular customer with them till now but after this harrowing experience, I would recommend that let them not understand the customer service and moral duty and be devoid of customers and learn the hard way.

Honda should investigate this dealership for integrity as world's best car maker is associated with a pack of liars and thieves.

Do you have proof that the damaged was caused due to their negligence?

The only proof that I have is that they made a round inspection of the car before giving it for an oil change and made a note of a damaged antenna on the service sheet. the scar is too big to be noticed and noted for before submission. It would definitely been noticed by the surveyor.

If trust and a fresh scratch visible to the naked eye not enough proof to tell that it was caused by their neglegence, then I think there is no way ever to prove that any car damaged by the dealer in his custody is his responsibility.

Didn't you state that this was a 10 year old car?

Yes, they knew it. Scratch can be brushed by me as well but the way the dealership handled the whole situation was astonishing, they were highly rude and arrogant and blindly said do whatever you want but we will not take reponsibility....
