T-Mobile Complaint - Tmobile Suspended My Unlimited Account For Too Many Calls Made
AURORA, COLORADO -- On Jan 23, 2009 I got an email from a client saying they could not get a hold of my employee out at a jobsite. His phone was not working. I called TMobile and they said they suspended all the phones on my UNLIMITED account due to a high volume of calls made over the last month. I was so mad. I run a business with these phones which is why we had unlimited. I had no idea how long the phones were not working. After I finally got them turned back on, about 2 hours later I found out we lost a job because the client could not get a hold of anyone, so they went with the 2nd lowest bidding company. So I was so angry I ported all my cell phones over to AT&T. I can't afford to be losing jobs because TMobile does not know what UNLIMITED means. Now they are trying to charge me $1,085.00 for early termination! Are they serious?
I guess I will pay their invoice when they pay the one I sent to them certified mail today for the lost job due to their stupidities!
