Elitextreme is doing to me exactly the same as all these other letters-I wish I had seen them first!! They took the money-I got no product. Then no reply to e-mails they put me on eternal hold. Phone picked up a couple times then set down with no reply then Eric told product not in stock after 17 days. No satisfaction.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.
