Priceline.com Complaint - Buyer Beware - No Cancellation Fee Policy Unreasonable
Priceline charged a full night's stay as a penalty when a medical issue required a hotel reservation cancellation. The cancellation request took place MORE than 74 hours before the reservation date and time. This is highly unreasonable considering their advertised no cancellation fee policy. In light of the current economic situation, I would think keeping a customer would have some value to any company.
A little compassion for a customer with a family emergency is the least I would expect. The company has no sense of ethical responsibility and most certainly no heart.
