Epson Complaint - Customer Service Not In Epson's Vocabulary
Has Epson ever heard of customer service?
I have been on the phone with them for two days back and forth over a new print CD.
I have put on hold for 10 minutes or more at the time, only to have them come back and say, we're sorry for the long hold, but there's nothing we can do, it's the way the system works, the other people you spoke with before were incorrect, blah blah blah. It's always something different.
I was told I could receive a new print CD overnight next business morning via FedEx if I paid an additional $6. (they wouldn't take my FedEx account number) So when nothing arrived today, I called back for the sixth time. I have now been on the phone with them for 57 minutes, and counting. The first representative hung up on me. The next representative says the item has not been shipped and that someone can call me back in two hours. That would be 6 o'clock on the East Coast, we close at 5.
And he seems to have no clue why I'm upset that they are still charging my credit card for something I was promised that was not delivered.
If I have any say in the decision, our company will NEVER purchase anything else from Epson.
They shouldn't even be allowed to remain in business. Simply horrible. And that's putting it nicely.
