Breville Complaint - Won't Answer Customer Care Phone

FLORIDA -- I bought THREE of these $300 machines. After 6 months mine won't work-and has electrical problems causing problems in my circuit. I thought this was Keurig who had Breville make it-but Keurig refers calls to Breville and they don't answer anything - ever. You think being on hold for over two hours on two different phones is right? Now the time is past for a work day. I am so mad at them now I can't stand it.
