Comcast Corporation Complaint - Service/Representatives/Product Complaint
CONYERS, GEORGIA -- Thank you, for an opportunity to be heard verbally first, then my next step is putting it in writing. As a customer, I have been violated and treated as if my money does not mean much. But I am here to say that we are in a recession and every penny counts. I have been trying to get resolution from this company since July of 2008. I have made a commitment to my self for 2009 not to let big business intimidate me, nor frustrate me any longer. I think that this company really needs to look into how we as consumers are being treated by their representatives, I have been given contact people who are suppose to be corporate and have not responded appropriately and I am being charged for something I did not agree to. My review at this point is nothing nice. I will be contacting the attorney general office as well as the consumer report. I am tired of speaking with someone that is not able to handle customers as valuable resource. I want go into the product and how much trouble I have had since installation and promotions.
I am a prior business owner and my customers were always first and their satisfaction was my priority. I need more information on how to solve my dispute.
