Verizon Informative - Let BBB resolve your matter
FORT WAYNE, INDIANA -- Without going into great detail, I would like to let everyone that is having a problem to please contact the BBB in your area. I had the service for 2 months. Problems with billing, customer service, and untimely credits. I was frustrated and did not know what to do, since I could not get anyone at Verizon to understand me as a consumer. It took me approx 3 weeks to make sure I had everything I needed to send to BBB. My problem was resolved within 2 weeks of me sending the paperwork. The aggravation, frustration, feeling like I was talking to a brick wall, was ALL resolved in such a short amount of time, I could not believe it. Please do yourself a favor.
DO NOT let Verizon get away with overcharges or under credits. (if there is such a thing). BBB all the way.
