Hatland.com Complaint - Rip-Off - Mets 'MATISE' White-Team Color Fitted Hats

OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND -- This company claims that the USPS has delivered this merchandise that I ordered before Christmas '08. I never signed for said package and they won't tell me if it was insured. They would not let me send the package to my work address, as that is different from my billing address. They have, thus far, refused to send a replacement nor a refund. They do not answer their phones and do not have an answering machine for you to leave a message. Do yourself a favor and try calling them yourself BEFORE placing an order at 410-524-7399 and you will see what I mean. They have ignored repeated requests from the federal Better Business Bureau to explain their actions.

I would NOT do business with this company, unless you like giving your money away for nothing.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company. The clock is ticking on this one, so don't wait.
