NEW YORK -- Do not use this source for anything. They are not really cheaper once you pay for the millions of emails and phone calls to find or cancel your order. They will take payment immediately and then order the part from whoever manufactures it. It takes at least 2 weeks to get the parts to their warehouse and who know how long from there. I was on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes, 3 different times. I finally found [the] CEO of this places phone number. It is 718-252-2562.
They immediately gave me to a customer service person who stated I would receive a refund minus a 5% stocking fee for a part they didn't even have in their possession yet. What a scam!

If you order from someplace that does not deliver within the agreed timeframe, you can always dispure the charge with your credit card company. All you have to tell them is that delievery was never made, and they will reverse the entire charge.
