Pedegg Complaint - Double Charged, Double Order, Product Defective
I ordered the Ped Egg deluxe version online. It costs more than the standard and is easily distinguishable a sit is black, not white. I really liked it so when the blades became dull I re ordered replacement blades. Upon receiving them I had 2 sets of replacements. Though I didn't order them, I thought oh well, I won't have to bother for a long time. Upon trying to use them, they did not fit. They were two large, would not click into place and fell off. So I called the company and told them my order # and they told me they would send me some new ones. Being cautious (I've been duped before) I asked what to do if they don't ? I was assured they would. They never did!!! So now, not only do I have 1 useless product, I have a set. I really liked the first one and I think I would have to purchase a whole new egg to get a working product.
But, I refuse to give them any more money, so = They win, I lose.
