Spirit Airlines Complaint - Less-Than-Honest Advertising?
As anyone who's visited its web site knows, Spirit Airlines runs aggressive promotions year-round. But the airline doesn't always honor discounts, promotions, and specials it offers. Example: After booking a "Buy One, Get One Free" ticket, I learned today the offer is invalid because I paid a discounted fare. Terms and conditions of the "BOGO" offer were not clear on Spirit's site.
Has anyone else encountered this situation? Spirit's (outsourced) phone agents were unhelpful.
