Mexicana Complaint - Mexicana is the worst

We were in Mexico City airport and we bought 2 airline tickets back home. We bought the tickets in the airport across from were we had to check in, we asked the attendant if there was available seats. She said "Yes there is plenty". To our surprise we walked across the hall way to check in and they told us that the airplane was close due to maximum capacity. We were so upset! We were there 3hrs before check in time. Since we were there early they told us that they could put us on stand by and find seats for us. When it was time to board there were about 20 other people on stand by. It seems that they made promises to other people as well. Obviously we didn’t get to go on that plane and had to take a later one. This wasn't all, when we got to our destination and went to look for our baggage it wasn’t there. We tried to get an attendant to help us and there was no luck.

We waited for more than 2hrs until we had to go to the front desk and finally found someone that could help us. They told us that the airline made a mistake and send our bags in a later flight. Honestly it was my worst experience with an airline.
