SonicCameras.com Complaint - The rudest CS and worst experience
This company ought to be ashamed. I made an online purchase using my AMEX card. I get an email asking me to call them to confirm order where I am informed the company is not accepting Amex anymore. From the beginning the CS was terrible including a 20 min wait on hold and the most rude agent who instead of discussing the issue kept rudely daring to me cancel my order or use MC or Visa. Hey it isn't my fault your cheap company doesn't want to pay te fees Amex charges the merchants. He ended by hanging up on me!
Oh well a company with obviously very few CSAs and won't take AMEX doesn't fill me confidence. Avoid!
