Best Buy Complaint - You Name It Best Buy Is Bad
CRANBERRY TWP, MARS, PENNSYLVANIA -- Bought a Sony TV on May 24, 2008. On June 26th it blew up. Had to call Sony service as that is what the manual told customers(do not return to store. TV was in service two weeks, was returned and still didn't work right. Went to Best Buy to complain and because of their return policy, I was told they couldn't take it back. TV was in my home 31 day's when it quit working. Finally the manager OK'd bringing it back for service. It was in service five weeks and I couldn't get any information so I called Discover card and put it in dispute. Total time in service was seven weeks. I told Best Buy I wasn't going to take this unreliable TV and they had me sign a disposal form that the TV story was (I considered over. Now Best Buy claims I owe Best Buy for this TV. I ask them(the last time I was at the store) to produce the TV and I would take it home and pay them. They would not produce the TV.
Now it is Feb. 2009 and they claim I owe them for a TV I DON'T HAVE. This a problem with company policies and product quality and product performance.
