Delta Airlines Complaint - Delta Employee Strikes Again And Company Does Nothing
MISSISSIPPI -- On 2/8/09 flew from St. Louis to Hartford, Ct and the luggage was checked in at counter. 1 Stop in Cincinnati. When I arrived to Hartford I went to the luggage for the GPS and noticed my clothes all messed up and the unit gone. I called Delta and got the same story I'm reading on these reviews. Being in customer service you never tell someone you can't do anything about it. After thinking some more I called back and at least wanted a report on it to let them know there was a theft among them. Again, they advised they could not do anything and it was no use even filling out the claim form. Very unprofessional and I will be dropping my skymiles. Hell, I just joined last month and already have 7000 miles. I would cancel now and fly back another airlines but was told there is a 150.00 change fee. Please Fly Southwest.
I have never had problems with flight changes, baggage cost and now I know why they have made money 39 years in a row. Wont happen again, See ya Delta.
