Spirit Airlines Complaint - Spirit A/L
MIRAMAR, FLORIDA -- My father passed away 3 days ago and we booked our flight down for the funeral through Spirit A/L. While we were discussing our return date, we changed the return date from Sunday Feb 15 to Monday 2/16. Tonight we opened the e-mail to print our information out and we see that somehow the departure date was erroneously changed to reflect today 2/9 not tomorrow 2/10 which is what we originally booked. No-one at customer service offered to assist us in resolving this. I know that this must have been a computer error and after researching the company I see this issue over and over again.
I am 100% certain that we entered 2/10 and that the computer changed the date.
