Newegg Compliment - The Perfect Place to Buy Computer Components and Other Electronics

Last year, I was recommended by a friend to shop for my computer parts on Newegg.com, and I am so glad that I was given that suggestion.
Their website is very easy to use and navigate. I am usually able to find things that I am looking for right away through the search box. The specifications of the products are easy to find and laid out well so I can easily determine which is the better product for my needs.
The prices are usually considerably lower than the competitors, even with shipping costs.
They have a system set up for consumers to review the products, with indicators that show if the reviewer purchased the item from them or not.
Their customer service is very friendly and helpful on the phone. I can tell that their goal is to satisfy the customer and help them with their situations. They have made several exceptions to their return policy when I had problems with products I purchased from them, and also gave me advice about who to contact when they could not do anything.
If I am buying something for my computer or for an electronic device, Newegg is the first place I look.
I wish more companies were as great as this one.
