Home Annex Complaint - Do not order from HomeAnnex.com

I ordered two floor lamps from HomeAnnex.com on July 16, 2008. At this date, February 11, 2009, I do not have these lamps, and I can not get a refund from the company. When I call, I'm on hold for at least a half hour. Promises are made, but not carried through. The customer service representative used profanity with me. This morning every time I've tried to call, someone picks up the phone and then hangs up immediately, cutting me off.

I don't know how I'll ever get my money back from this $200.88 order.
