WASHINGTON -- I started with MyFreeEstimates 6 months ago. We went with their program because we needed more qualified leads that could generate revenue for our company. We paid $2000 for nothing. Every lead that they sent was a fake lead. 70% of the information on the contact form didn't lead to a customer with a bad number, a number that rang forever, email addresses that were never returned when accessed. If I was able to contact the customer in person every one of them said that they didn't ask to be contacted and never heard of MyFreeEstimates. I cancelled service and they are still taking money out of our account. They are currently under investigation and if they have your money you will not get any business and ever see your money again.
They almost never answer their phones and when they do they make excuses and say they can't help you. They never answer their emails.

Sounds like you would have more success by closing your eyes and pointing out names from a phone book....good luck to you...we all feel for you after the complaint in the about link I gave to you.

Some of these lead brokers are real bottom feeders. I think bashers link says it all. The owner(assuming he is) gave an assurance a refund was coming and then sent the customer, who was ripped off, into collections. I would recommend buying from brokers with a credit card. Something you can dispute if they stick it to you.

Wow, DebtorBasher! I just read the 207 posts from last year. Amazing reading material. I can't believe these fools are still in business ripping people off. There's probably a very special place in hell for folks like that...I'm thinking all eternity in a call center only having to take calls from the people they ripped off.

Whoever put the Youtube posts on last year, I also got a kick out of those. 5-6 different people at exactly the same desk? I think they only have 1 desk there. Thanks for giving me great fun last night!
