Whirlpool - Does Not Stand By Their Products
Microwave - Complaint
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- My just over three year old Microwave is dead and the part needed to fix it is more than the value of the microwave. How can a company not stand by their product? It's out of our "365 days of warranty" - as far as I'm concerned I shouldn't have any problem with any product for at least the first 5 years if it's any good. I have had major appliances for 10 years and never had any problems - of course, THEY weren't Whirlpools. We built a brand new house in Dec. of 05 - it is now Feb. of 09 (just over three years later) and I have had to PAY to fix my Whirlpool Dishwasher, my Whirlpool Oven and now my Whirlpool Microwave.
I think while I'm out shopping for my new LG Microwave I will chuck the rest of this Whirlpool crap and start all over!!!
