AT&T Wireless Complaint - THE WORST CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER
ALABAMA -- This is my personal experience with ATT wireless service and their so called contract from which i am suffering a great deal. I signed a contract with ATT wireless for two years a couple of months ago. Then things started happening from the last month. Whenever i dial a call i get the "network busy, call failed" message. I tried calling up the customer support through the toll free, but everything went in vain. You folks wouldnt believe me, i called the customer around 11 P.M and all i heard from them was the pre-recorded message" thank you for your patience blah.....", i switched my phone to speaker mode and i couldnt connect to a customer representative till 2 A.M. It was like listening to some radio serivce on my cell phone. I got a letter from AT&T last week intimating that they have switched up their coverage. This is the irony " When i couldnt even make a call with the existing coverage, what would it serve if the extended their coverage area??". Out of all these there was a funny line in their letter "THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING NEXT GENERATION PHONE!!!!!!!!!". I presume the idea behind this is that if u dial a call, you would be connected to the destination only after a generation. I really laughed aloud reading this and i wondered, how i made a fool out of my self by signing the contract with AT&T. Even a convict accused of a felony would be given a parole and i really dont know how to get out of this mess which i am in right now. So mu Quote for AT&T " ITS BETTER TO BE WITHOUT A PHONE THAN RATHER CHOOSING AT&T AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER". The reason why i typed a long review is that i have spent more hours calling customer support without any gain.
