WARWICK, RHODE ISLAND -- Fareastjade. Com is not a trustworthy company!
I purchased a jade bangle from this company. The bangle that they sent me did not look anything like the bangle that was on their website. This company failed to abide by their refund policies. I returned the jade bangle to them and they did not refund the amount of the bangle as well as the cost of shipping as promised. They are not returning any of my calls nor are they responding to any of my emails. I am out almost $165 us.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Send them a certified letter requesting the refund. Also send a copy of the signature of the person who signed for the return. Once they have the proof that you sent the item back they will have no choice but to send a refund.
