Starbucks Complaint - Disgusting Product - Green Tea Latte
I am a regular Starbucks customer. However, this morning I received the most disgusting beverage I have ever tasted. I assume each employee has been properly trained. I noticed the man making my green tea latte had to ask a fellow employee how to make my drink. The other employee was so busy doing his own tasks that he mumbled something quickly. Needless to say, the man making my drink misunderstood as he made my latte taste like burnt chocolate green tea. NASTY. I think a company that charges $4.69 for a large soy green tea latte per day (do the math as I get this drink every single work day and often weekends) and do so on a teacher's salary. Not a happy customer.
To boot, this is not the first time I've received their under par product for this particular drink.
