In Octber of 2003, I had purchased a Dresser Organizer for $29.99, for a christmas present for my brother. The first one came in and when he opened the box the front door was damaged. I phoned your company and you agreed to send me another one. I received the second dresser organizer within two weeks. Again it was damaged. The wood was split right down the side. When I called again the customer service apologized and agreed to send me one more, and having it checked before it would be sent out. It is now nearing March and I have not received my purchase and I am unable to get through on the phone. I would like to have my money refunded so that I may send it to my brother, who lives in North Bay, so that he may purchase something else. I am not disappointed in your response but I am very disappointed in your product. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we may rectify this problem so that I may continue to order your items.
