Taco Bell Complaint - M.I.A. Employees
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I work night and often stop on the way home for dinner, last night around
2:30am I stopped at Taco Bell 002487 I was told the drive-thru was closed do to
computer errors for 25 min. Around 3am I attempted to again pick up some dinner.
1of my items was wrong I circled the block and pulled back in line, the car
ahead of me sat for a few min. and pulled off. I sat at the speaker for a few
min after no greeting I pulled to the drive-thru window, it was wide open and no employees in site I yelled hello 2x. no response. I went home unsatisfied with my order. This is the second time I have experienced this at this location. The first time I was unable to place a order at all due to employees MIA. I'm surprised both times the drive thru window was standing wide open!!
Please help me understand this type of service ?????
