1-800-Flowers.com Complaint - 1800Flowers Sucks!!!
NEW YORK -- I placed an order on 2/12/09 for 4 different people on 1800flowers.com. It was the worst decision I've ever made. When you call their customer service no one knows what they're talking about, one person tells you one thing and then someone else will tell you different. The lack of knowledge combined with poor quality flowers was very very disappointing. I spent nearly $200 and I regret it greatly. Of the four orders I placed only one worked out. The second order made gas station flowers look great; the flowers were limp and dry. They looked days old, two stems were broken upon arrival and completely not worth what I paid. The third order I had to cancel so I called and they told me it was taken care of but they were delivered anyway. As far as the last order I needed the message changed so I called, gave them the new message, and they told me that was taken care of...but that wasn't either!!
1800flowers is extremely overrated and I recommend them to no one! Their only solution to my problems was 20% off my next purchase, which there will not be a next purchase EVER!!! 1800FLOWERS SUCKS!!!!!
