Juniper Bank Complaint - Purposefully Did Not Send Me A Statement
I have always paid my minimum payment on this credit card. I have perfect credit, and have never missed a payment on anything.
Once this bank did NOT send me a statement. When I realized it, it was a couple weeks passed the due date.
I called to get my statement, and was told I had a late fee. I refused to pay it. I have not yet seen a statement, but I bet my interest rate is up.
I have had this happen with other banks, and all have been happy to correct the issue. Not this bank. They only care about what they can get away with.
I will sue them for fraud.
I have called for a physical corporate address, and every time I do so, I am put on hold and ignored until I hang up. They are purposefully avoiding giving me a physical address where I can serve this company.
