BestBuy/HouseholdBank Complaint - Credit/Billing/Misc. Charges & Service

WISCONSIN -- I am not dissatisfied with the product--just their billing practices & service. I have had constant problems accessing their site(s) to check my acct. & pay my charges. They have rejected my "codes" & my acct#,etc, one time & accepted the same ones at other times. They add to your bill on Sat. & Sun., but do not count those days as accepting receipt of your payment. They charged a late fee on a due date but would not consider a payment made online that same day or even the day before. I have tried to cancel services billed but not used & they continue to bill them--emails & in person requests haven't helped.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH MOST OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I HAVE READ. I share many of their problems. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.
