Longaberger Complaint - complaint on product delivery

FLORISSANT, MISSOURI -- It has been 13 weeks since my home party and I still am waiting on 1 item - 1 vanity protector. Also, it has been 11 weeks since my sister's home party and still, no items. Our product demonstrator, Angie Morgan, has been very kind to continue checking on our items. I do not blame her for the length of delivery time. I am very dissatisfied with Longaberger and will discontinue ordering their products.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want my items immediately. I want Longaberger to send an apology to my product deomonstrator and me.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.

I am not trying to point fingers but I am only going on what you have wrote. You never stated that you personally called Longerberger. Have you actually called the company? I am a consultant with another party plan, and I find it rather strange that you havent received product but your friend and distributer keeps checking on it for you. How do you know (in all seriousness) that the show was even turned in? Your "friend" could of easily kept the money and tells you whatever is keeping you quiet and at bay for this long. I would try calling the company directly as well as your sister doing the same thing-something seems strange and it doesnt have anything to do with the company!!
