Hardee's Complaint - Staff - Service
NORTH CAROLINA -- As I was passing through Waynesville, NC I stopped at Hardee's 1501628. It was 6:16pm on the 6th of February.
I placed my order and waited for quite awhile to be served.
As my order was being prepared, this young man came in and immediately went to the preparation counter and started to complete the orders. Evidently he was late as the manager asked him where he was.
I called out, "did you wash your hands?" The manager heard me and asked him if he did and he said "no". She immediately threw away what he was working on and started new orders, which again took some additional time.
Then came in two more workers, dirty aprons and straight to work without washing their hands. I was appalled as were the other customer's who were pleased that I asked the questions to start with.
Do you not train your people to wash their hands when they first come into work? Seems to me that is a no-brain-er. Can workers be that hard to find or is it the management? Is this a customary habit at Hardee's or just at this particular one.
I am interested in your reply.
