Verizon Complaint - Mission Impossible
EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY -- I work from home and require a static IP connection. The rental community where I live is pre-set for Verizon only (they're afraid of good competition).
Not only I had to pay $497.85 for installation fee, set up fee, modem, but I have not had more than 14 consecutive days without having to call their tech support. Three field technicians have come to review but never gets truly fixed.
Today I'm expecting the fourth field agent to check it out. Can't believe they keep on doing the same without realizing there is a major issue. Funny thing is that I have free internet through the rental community and that high speed internet service has a higher speed. So its not the building's set up. It's definitely VERIZON. Thats why I hate them.
I can't afford to lose my job. I already have them in my speed dial. They are really bad. Never, I mean NEVER go for Verizon. They suck!!!
