SunCoast RV, Lake Park, Ga. Complaint - Broken Promise And Service

Review by Mighty Mouse on 2009-02-17
LAKE PARK, GEORGIA -- We are constantly trying to get work done on our new Class A motor home. Suncoast has stalled us time after time on part delivers.

We purchased our coach back in may of 2008 and the dealer and I noticed that the stainless steel oven door was dented. They promised to replace it and to this day it has not been done.

They have told us it was ordered and after a few months we call to find out about it to discover it was never ordered. They wanted us to come to them (130 miles away) to take pictures of it in which we did. Well it was supposed to be reordered again and still no cover. It is now Feb 2009. Called today and there is another different Service Manager who can' find that the part was ordered. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing there.

PLEASE do not do business with these people because, they will not stick to there word or agreement and put you off.

Thanks for the warning. You might send them a certified letter stating a time limit of, say, 30 days for them to provide the replacement part. If they fail to do so, go to small claims and file suit for the cost of the part from another dealer, your time/fuel/mileage to bring the coach to them unnecessarily, and the labor cost to install the part. Good luck!
