Sprint Complaint - Customer Service - Not!
I was extremely happy with my Nextel service - and then along came Sprint. Since then, EVERY month it's been one issue or another. Contacting Sprint Customer Service is a bad joke. The poor folks stuck with handling the calls are bound by management decisions the forbid them from doing anything except offering an apology and telling the customer a lie. They'd rather spend hundreds of millions of dollars advertising for new customers than a fraction of that to keep the ones they have. I hope they go under.
