Acai Burn Complaint - Scam - Acai Berry Weight Loss

Review by 10 cent tour on 2009-02-17
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- This business is just a complete scam! They offer a free 30 day trial of acai burn that states you will loss weight quickly and easily. Both wrong but the worst part is the terms & conditions are so small that even a church mouse could not read them. This is what they say. you have 14 days to try the product and if you don't call before the 14th day you will be automatically charged $59.95 plus $5.95 S/H and you will be automatically enrolled in the auto-ship plan! Let me see . . . if the product worked then everyone would want to reorder?

Stay away and watch your Credit card!

Most weight loss supplements have been pretty much proven to be if not scams, then certainly overstating the results at the least. Having a 30 free trial and then getting charged after 14 days sounds like Acai Berry is not exempt from the pack by a long shot. Good review.

LariaL

Do you represent Acai Burn or Dazzle White?

You posted the same response to both.

So, LairaL, you work for not only dazzlewhite but acaiburn as well?

How healthy can it be to lose weight fast?
Posted by Anonymous on 2009-11-23:
It's not healthy lady. Losing weight fast shocks your body. I don't get why people think that there is a magical pill or drink that they can take to lose weight. Just watch what you eat and take at least a 30 minute walk every day. Cut out empty calories, such as soda. It does work and you will see a difference.

Let's see. We've had identical responses concerning Acai Burn and Dazzle White not only from the company but Lairal, Jarren, Kane123, Heather, Lisa, 0935078931 and I certainly don't want to leave anyone out of this one so if I've missed someone please speak up immediately. What's going on here?

Lessons learned with these companies. READ THE TERMS!! They have a good contract that clears them of any wrong doing. I think it is highly deceptive to never mention the monthly fee up front, but bury it on the terms page, but most know by now "if it sounds to good to be true..." Lucky for these fly by nights that there are still those who don't read. I learned my lesson last year with PROFLOWERS.com Although they did reimburse me...

These products/companies are actually one organization, and the whole thing is just a scam.

There are numerous complaints on the internet, people never even receiving the product and still being billed, repeat billing after cancellation etc.
