GEORGIA -- I purchased the program after I talked they the company and they said it would be helpful to a college student like myself. When I received the program I found out that it was a program for a children in grade school. So I sent it back and the company continue to take the payment out of my checking account and they calm they never received the package back. I think they are lying and taken people for there money. As of today they will of taken over 350 dollars from me.

I have tried to fight it and talk to a supervisor and I ever time I get told there isn't one available.

File charge-backs through the bank.

Transfer all of your money to a new bank account and close the old one to prevent them from stealing more money.

You should have tracking information that proves that the package was sent back and received, that should be all you need to prove your case if you choose to sue them in the event that the bank is unable to recover your funds.
