PRESCOTT, MICHIGAN -- WOW!! Just terrible service!! I have tried to contact them thru their web site 3 times and no one has responded other then a form email that says someone will contact me shortly. I figure 2 weeks is more then shortly! So I tried to call them at least half a dozen times only to get a recording that said their service lines were extremely busy, try again later or use their online contact service. Which I did already and didn't get help then either!!

No wonder these huge companies can get away with treating customers so rudely....they're the only ones we can use for these products and so they know we have no choice but to put up with this type of outrageous behavior!!

Try contacting the Michagan Public Services Commission.
They are the regulating government body for suppliers of public utilities for your state. They are usually staffed with someone who may be able help resolve issues with utility providers.
