Lustine Toyota Woodbridge VA Complaint - Lies... - New Car Purchase Toyota Camry 2008

WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- I visited Lustine Toyota to purchase a 2008 Toyota Camary XLE. My family had brought a car from them before and we had a good experience that was why I came back to buy my car. It was and online quote. At first the person was really helpful and gave us a good price on it. We wanted leather seat but they didn't have the leather seat in the color that we wanted. Since they did not have the car I wanted in stock they had to get it from a different lot. That was fine. So we decide to take the deal and gave the sale person our credit card #.

15 minutes later the sale person called me back saying that his boss won't agree to the price that it has to be at least $500 more. Saying the cost for destination fee from the other lot. That they have to trade one of their car that it's their lost. I know that's untrue because my friend used to be a car salesman and he said that's a lie, they actually benefit from the trade.

After much talk we decide fine lets go for it, it's not much of a difference. Again we gave the credit card # and they told us that we can come the next day to pick up the car. We we arrived we didn't see the car. They took us for a drive in the look saying the car was their. But they took us to their car the one w/out leather. They keep trying to sell us the car that they have. Keep insisting that it's better.

We got feed up and left!!

That was one of the worst service that we have ever received!!!
