Jade Jewelery - Complaint
Fareastjade.com who “specialize” in jade jewelry. Purchased some online jade and they sent the wrong stuff. After sending it back to them, and they agreed to refund me but after weeks and weeks of phone calls and e-mails, no sign of the money. Ran off with my money and no merchandise to show for it!!! Buyers beware cause they do NOT keep their word!!

This site appears to be US based.
Contact the holder of the domain name, Network Solutions, at 570-708-8780. Have them give you an address of where you can serve "Far East Jade" court papers to sue them in small claims court. If they refuse, then you can sue them for serving as an accessory to fraud.

since sueing is not always an option, and costly. contact the credit card company and file a complaint. they will need detials as the date item was returned, your proof of itemm received by them, and the number of telephone calls made. once investigated, they will possibly return your money.
