Concelli Autoplex Complaint - State Auto Inspection

Review by sherronefaith on 2009-02-20
CONSHOHOCKEN, PENNSYLVANIA -- Purchased my 2003 Nissan Altima at Conicelli Autoplex, in May of 2004. Upon purchase was given 1 Auto key, no alarm pad included, had to complain to the manager to get a key with Alarm Pad and an extra key and Alarm Pad. After my State Auto Inspection of 2007, received a penciled, hand written, failed inspection report from the service representative. Noticed the car sitting for nearly 2 hours, finally taken in the Auto Service Area never put on a lift, however, less than 15 minutes later was presented with the handwritten penciled bill. By this time it was near 5pm closing time for the Repair Service portion of the dealership. Shortly after 7am (opening time) the next morning called to cancel repairs and was told the work had been completed. Labor $612, parts $152. A Nissan Recall Repair was included in the work.

Shameful charges for such a co-NICE-lli Car dealership, taking advantage of customers. [snip] handled the transaction, and returned the penciled State Auto Inspection Report.
