Mike's Car Wash Complaint - It's Not Our Fault! - Car Wash

Review by Ed Norton on 2009-02-21
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- I used to be a loyal Mike's Car Wash customer until recently...I was involved in a 3 car track "malfunction" at the Ohio Pike car wash. For whatever reason, the 2 vehicles in front of my Honda Accord jumped off the track, and as I came out of the soap stage of the car wash, I was kissing the rear end of a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. The 1st vehicle, according to Mike's Car Wash, used her brakes, and therefore, they are not responsible. The insurance company, Safeco, claims that their investigation revealed a "track malfunction" by Mike's so they are not responsible.

The driver of the 2nd vehicle doesn't even care about the damage to her vehicle.

Since it is their machinery that caused the incident then they are responsible for the repair cost.

Take this to small claims court, the Safeco report will prove your case.
