Wireless Unlock Complaint - PayPal and Wireless Unlock
Last December I paid to obtain the proper code to unlock my cellular phone. The code provided by Wireless Unlock failed. I contacted Wireless Unlock notifying them about the problem. On January 20th in an email, Wireless Unlock acknowledged the failure of the code. In order to process the refund they requested information about the transaction. On January 22nd, I provided them with the requested information as obtained from the PayPal records. As today, February 22nd I have not received the refund or any explanation about the delay. I tried to fill a complain with Pay Pal. However they close the item without any satisfactory explanation.
This is not about the money, the amount was irrelevant. It is about the reliability and integrity of the system.
