Resolution Update on 02/26/2009:
If you read my update, you know I got my money back but this certainly was not resolved to my satisfaction. I bought the item. I paid for it. Two months later they say they can't find it. If they can't find' a three thousand dollar pendant, who is minding the store!
GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA -- DSNTV was one of the best sites to find estate jewelry with Jack Jackles as well as jewelry from other hosts. In the past seven years, the only problem I had was with one or two tiny diamonds missing. One I sent back and one I kept. Still no big deal for what I received.

On December 30th, 2008 I ordered a pendant with vs diamonds and a stunning ocean blue, black opal that was deep sapphire blue. There was only one. Two days later, Art was selling it again! I immediately called and asked if that was the only one ( since it's pretty difficult to match an opal) She said, "Yes" I told her I bought it a few says earlier and she immediately told Art as I was watching the program, it was sold and he put it aside.

Now it takes three weeks of business days to have an item shipped. O.K. I agreed to that. Well, it has been 7 weeks and still nothing. I HAVE CALLED THE LAST THREE FRIDAYS AND ALL THEY SAY IS WE DON'T KNOW WHY IT HASN'T SHIPPED AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 10% to cancel ( 85.00) I said no, just send it. Well, here it is February 22 and they aren't on the live feed (net), or on the t. v. channel I watched them on. I called my credit card company and they are investigating.

Are they going under? I don't know. Also, the auctions they run aren't like any I've ever been to. They run a clock and when the clock is out of time and they haven't gotten what they want, they start the clock over again! What's that about? I will update this review when I get an answer from DSN or my credit card company.

Update: Freddy called from DSN and said: Sorry but we cant find the RING you ordered. I only told them and e-mailed them 8 times to keep telling them it was a diamond and opal PENDANT. SO, I guess Art got his way. He said on the air they weren't selling it, "for that" But they did sell it to me. So, I paid for it. I know I got a great deal. I paid for it. It was almost two months since my card was charged. I waited for almost two months and I ended up getting nothing. Today I did get the entire amount back on my card but it doesn't make up for the time lost, the item not sent to me, so much time involved with calls and e-mails.

I'm experiencing similar problems!!!! The customer reps dispense erroneous information. DSN is quick to charge your credit card

I am totally disgusted w/ DSN. 8 weeks ago I purchased 4 sets of tanzanite earrings, 4 sets of tourmalene earrings a garnet ring and an estate piece. DSN has my money and I have 8 weeks of excuses as to why it has not been sent. 4 weeks after the order, they actually told me the earrings still had to be made,6 weeks after the estate piece purchase, they claim the hosts have not yet released it. What gives, They have $2000.00 of my money over 4 orders and all i get to do is sit on hold with customer service for 48 min, 52 min, then the next time an hour and 15 min and still no one answers. The complaints about shipping have been going on for years, maybe its time to train some monkeys on how to put things in a box.

WELL I JUST CAUGHT DSN IN A BIG LIE, I CALLED UP AND ASKED ABOUT SHIPPING AS I WANTED TO KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR A RING. HE SAID 15-20 DAYS. I SAID GEE, THATS FUNNY I AM A GOOD CUSTOMER AND HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 AND A HALF MONTHS

I ordered a few items several months ago. Anyway thet deducted the money from my bank account that same day. However it took months and I kept calling DSN asking where mt order and every time they gave me a different answer and I know I talked to the same individual 99% of the time. The first time I called they said it was shipped out the next day after it was paid for. Three weeks later I called again and the guy said, "well it takes several weeks to make the item you ordered, when I know they had several of that ring available when I oredered it. Finally a few weeks later I called again and said this is all taking to long and I just want to cancel my order because I had not received and of the three items yet, all ordered that same evening. They replied that would not be possible becaue the order had already een mailed. So I waited another three weeks and still nothing came. I call again and asked to talk to the president of the company and finally they said they would cancel the order and refund my money. But to my surprise within a week I got two of the items I ordered. Inever did get the ruby ring I ordered but I was refunded finally for that item. Anyway they have now put a block on my ordering status like this was my fault. I order from other companies and alwas get my itemss within a week. Not that I would want to order from them again DSN that is, I think that they would block me from placing orders is poor business when this matter was handled unprofessional on their part and I will be letting others know about this company.

I won an auction, a beautiful aquamarine and diamond pendant, for $600. Great deal, no doubt. It never came, I waited the time period plus a few days, still didn't come. I called,was told there was a backlog in making items and it would be another few weeks. I explained that this item was already made, 'one of a kind' item as described during the auction. Then was told something so ludicrous I laughed out loud. I was told that items couldn't be shipped until all the items that had been purchased before I purchased mine had been made and shipped and they were several weeks behind making items. WHAT???????? That very night I watched the show and they were selling items that the host said would be mailed the next morning!!!!!!! I never did get the item. Then, couldn't get them to answer phone calls, etc. Finally just gave up. They are totally unethical, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 of the twist o flex gem studded bracelets the first week in November..with the few pennies I saved over a couple of months for Christmas..the money was taken out right then as I ordered them..it was only an order for 21 dollars..but I waited and waited and waited..they do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails..they are acting shamefully..Blu Sheppard how could you let this happen? Where are you guys?..D.S.N. hasnt been on my t.v. for 10 days..Maybe the Feds are on to them..how sad..they used to be so great..I know the recession and customer lack of response is fueling this action, but they are ruining their reputation...which took years to build...

So How about spending over 100K for the past 4 years. I got most wow! But I had a duzy bought yellow diamond and pink diamond rings at once offerd 4000 but they said a outside company out of New York was going to charge me. The have not been able to charge credit cards for 3 months. So the New York company charged me 4800 and I called DSN Sueselly and she said she would find out what happened this was in December. I finally got a call and they said they would give me a credit so after a week I got it but I got over 800 which was too much enough said I took the money and ran. I have tried to get special gems rhodocrosite and bought them 2wice but not charges and I bought a purple scaplite ring the got the money I never got the ring. So I am out 259 bucks oh well. DSN IS NOW OUT OF BUSINESS I believe have not been on net for 2 days. So Good Luck to all And I am done with um nothing they could do to get my business back. I have rings and bracelets, ect worth over 450K from DSN so over the years they were pretty good. Sorry to see them crash and burn so hard.

My experiences with DSN were usually pretty good, slow but good. I noticed that they were off t.v. locally but did not think too much of it. Noticed no live stream but this happened in the past too. If they are now using outside billing sources, it is not a good sign. Too bad, I got some nice stones at good prices in the past. It's a shame to watch the complaints mount.

still waiting since june of 2011 called sent fax certifed letters my bank also sent you fax and received confermation you got them if you do not have the jewerly then you should return the monie shame on you very bad on youre part yes the jewerly i have received was nice and dont use our lords name in this youre the one whom can do right by youre customers get on the ball waiting but not for long and if youre being checked over good for those of us whome are tired of being taking advantage of .........

I bought a ring for $400 almost 3 months ago,i called them a number of times after the ring failed to show up and they told me that they were super busy and that they were behind on their shipping,well now i call their phone # and i get a repeated message saying that my call will be answered in the order it was received,but never get an operator.I hope that they can work things out,Blue Shepard i believe is a good man,but obviously has some problems and i hope all is going to be alright with him and the DSN family.I hope that what ever it is that is causing them problems will all work out. I can do with out the ring i just hope that nothing bad has happend to anyone their,Todd Christenson.

This company is no longer able to fulfill its orders and uses your money to float the business. Their Reps asked me to dispute the charges given there was little hope of the company crediting my accounts. I don't know how they can continue with such practices. Filed with the ICI (FBI) to address.

I am glad to here that I am not the only person to be work over by dsn.After reading the above e-mails I fill lucky that I only bought gems,that was trial on its own.Igave up on dsn last Dec. when they offer a low cost on any gem stone in thier stock.After 4 mo0nths of calls e-mails Dsn addmited they would not fill my order of 4 months.Luckly they charge to drop 16 seperate orders.Like writer above BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered gemstones a few hundred dollars worth in Dec of last year 2011 and still have not received them i call every day i now have given up they are not in business anymore they shut the doors.

So it's official they have gone out of business?
Such a shame, I had a good run with them got some great pieces, had some issues like everyone else. It's always a shame to see a company go under and the staff jump ship.
It would be nice if Art at least gave some sort of a speech as to what happened to the business, they seemed to be doing so well. WHAT HAPPENED.
