Jerry Ulm Chrysler - Tampa, Florida Complaint - Make Sure That They Do The Work

Review by pockets20 on 2009-02-23
TAMPA, FLORIDA -- Took my car into their shop on 12/29/08 for A/C problem. I was told the the Oraface Tube was possible clog and that my extended warranty would not cover, they told me repair would be $285.00 out of my pocket, explained that I could not afford at this time. Took the car and continued to drive for 6 weeks, during that time the A/C blower started working and was getting cool air ever so often. Took car back on 2/12/09 for same problem. Got call from Service Writer and this time there was a different story why it was not working. Said that a dent in my spoiler caused Radiator damage and wiring damage to the A/C. The part of this I do not understand is that the damage to the Spoiler was there in Dec 08 when the car was there first time and again was told we have body shop and need the damage fixed before they could repair A/C and the oil change would not be done and said he canceled that order. I picked up car and because of the change in stories took to get second opinion found out there was no damage to Radiator and that the only problem was Fan motor and switch and these items were covered under my warranty not to mention the claimed they did change oil even though new sticker was not placed on windshield like they always do and after seeing that I was told that the oil was never changed and yet paid for a service that was not performed. Tried speaking with the owner by sending letter and as of this date no response.

I think that anyone that does business with JERRY ULM CHRYSLER, should be very concerned on what you pay for and need to make sure that they do the work and do not lie to you just to get COLD CASH from the customer............
