Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Regarding Sprint And How They Treat People With Disabilities
I've been with Sprint for near 8 years. I started my service back on 09-28-2001 to be exact! I have been with Sprint sense 09-28-2001 and they are refusing to offer me an unlimited usage plan that would cover 2 lines of service for $150 or less, even though I explain all I need is unlimited minutes, and directory assistance exemption, because considering that myself and the other individual on my plan are Blind!
Even though I could get it through Boost, which is a subdivision of Sprint for just slightly over $100 buy the time taxes are added. The issue with going
with Boost, is they tell me they don't offer free directory assistance exemption, even though I can send them the needed documentation. This just doesn't make sense, at all! I have even went as far as trying to work with the Executive offices, which got nowhere, so then I filed a BBB complaint which appears to have gotten me nowhere.
And now, I'm waiting a response from the Attorney Generals Office, but If this how they treat their "valued customers", I'm NOT the least bit impressed!
