Litton Loan Servicing Complaint - They are so inconsistent!!!

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have a mortgage loan through Litton Loan Servicing, Houston, TX. We had fallen behind a couple of months, but caught up pretty quickly. Paying them thousands of dollars in a few months. I kept them on their toes because I wanted to make sure payments were applied, etc... With Litton, one person does not know what the other advises. So inconsistent. It's like they are guessing! I spoke to several people in customer service who told me we were up to date...well now that this mess is supposedly over, I called them the other day to get a letter mailed to me. This person told me I still was $300 in the rears...NO WE'RE NOT!! My husband spoke to a rep last week who said, "those are fees which need to be reversed off. I'll take care of it and call you back to confirm..." Of course when I called because we never received a callback confirming these fees were reversed off, this person (named MARCO) had no idea what I was talking about. I refuse to pay them. I will pay this month's mortgage at the normal amount. When I complained saying, "you guys never know what the other person has said. Do you not document the conversations? It's frustrating." He said, "oh it is??" Was going to transfer me and put me on hold for 20 mins. I finally hung up and called back. We are going to refinance with another company.
